Project Co-Ordination
As well as the standard services that we provide we also offer project co-ordination as an additional option.
There are different levels to this:
- complete management of an entire project. This is where we co-ordinate the delivery of all services including our own and those of other providers that we contract in or who are contracted in by yourselves.
- management of part of a project. For example, we might project manage all internal fit-out issues on a project and again co-ordinate all service providers attached to the project.
- on larger scale projects it can be appropriate for us to manage all aspects of just one service provided. For example, we might be responsible for all joinery and carpentry in a new hospital.
The key point is that we have the expertise and to manage projects but are also happy to provide services on a standalone basis as required.
