We offer a range of services that are appropriate to large internal fit-outs and we also undertake once-off residential builds. We also have a wide range of sector experience incorporating, commercial, industrial, retail and residential.

Training & Accreditation
We adopt an apprentice-driven approach to training. This means that many of our staff have been working with us for many years and this has been hugely important for us in our drive for total quality in our work. We also invest heavily in staff training provided under the auspices of FAS (Ireland) and City & Guilds (United Kingdom) as well training from other relevant courses.
Direct labour
While we have the capacity to scale up quickly and bring in additional labour, the vast majority of our labour supply is directly employed by ORJ. In fact, most of our projects will have a 100% contingent of direct labour.
